The struggle often starts silently. For Tina Fludd, the founder of Lost and Crowned, Inc., it began with an unexpected journey into hair loss caused by alopecia. It was more than a cosmetic change; it was a sudden, profound loss of identity, courage, and the simple confidence needed to step out the door. This experience, while deeply isolating, became the unexpected catalyst for a powerful mission.
A New Vision: Restoring the Whole Person
This lack of support transformed Tina's personal journey into a powerful public commitment. She founded Lost and Crowned, Inc. on a simple, but profound principle: No one should have to sacrifice their confidence or their dignity due to circumstances beyond their control.
As the organization grew, Tina realized that isolation and the silent loss of courage happen in many different ways. While women connected deeply through our hair restoration programs, Tina discovered that men were facing a completely different, unaddressed cultural gap. To ensure that no one was left out of our solutions, Lost and Crowned evolved into a diverse ecosystem of specialized programs built to restore the whole person inside and out.
The Confident Crown Initiative
Our dedicated program focused on funding and delivering custom wigs and specialized, medical grade cranial prostheses alongside essential care kits at zero cost. We provide vital solutions for individuals experiencing all forms of documented hair loss including chemotherapy, alopecia, radiation, trichotillomania, hereditary, and unknown hair loss conditions.
The Courage, Confidence Collective (C³)
The heart of our wrap around personal development and support. Meeting members exactly where they are, C³ focuses entirely on the inner transformation providing the motivation, structured supportive services, a powerful support network, and vital life-readiness skills needed to confidently step back into the world and achieve their personal goals.
The Huddle Zone for Men
Born from the realization that men need a unique, dedicated avenue for support. The Huddle Zone is a sacred, judgment-free space designed for men to just be men. It is a community hub for brotherhood, mental wellness, and holistic self-care. Offering everything from social gatherings, game nights and sports watch parties, to transformational men's retreats where they can socialize, learn, have fun, and lean on one another.
