Who We Are
Lost and Crowned, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) Florida-based nonprofit organization serving individuals nationwide who are experiencing hair loss, isolation, and significant life transitions.
We bridge the gap between visible and invisible challenges by addressing both the practical and personal effects of hair loss, isolation, and significant life transitions. Through our Three Pathways to Confidence, we provide access to hair-loss solutions, confidence-building and life-readiness services, along with peer-led support.
Restoring the Whole Person
Our goal is to address both the visible and invisible challenges individuals may face while equipping the whole person. Through our Three Pathways to Confidence—the Confident Crown Initiative, Courage Confidence Collective (C³), and The Huddle Zone—Lost and Crowned, Inc. provides no-cost hair-loss support, non-clinical confidence-building and life-readiness programming, and peer-driven community spaces where individuals can connect, grow, and be heard.

Access to Essential Resources:
Reducing financial and other barriers to specialized hair-loss solutions, including wigs and cranial prostheses, while connecting individuals with supportive resources and services.
Connection, Community & Life Readiness:
Creating safe, supportive spaces through Courage Confidence Collective (C³) and The Huddle Zone, where individuals can build meaningful connections, develop life-readiness skills, share experiences, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence.
Meet Our Board of Directors
Tina Fludd
Founder & Executive Director
A licensed Real Estate Broker, Tina brings leadership, business experience, and a passion for service to Lost and Crowned. She founded the organization to restore confidence, dignity, and self-worth while confidently empowering lives.
Christopher Fludd
Vice President & Treasurer
A retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major with 27 years of military service, Chris brings decades of leadership, discipline, and accountability to the Board while supporting the organization’s financial stewardship and long-term growth.
Shyra Dyer
Secretary
A Pathologists’ Assistant and healthcare professional, Shyra brings a detail-oriented perspective, compassion, and commitment to service while supporting the Board’s governance and organizational accountability.
Teresa Satchell
Director
A Nurse Practitioner, Teresa brings healthcare experience, compassion, and a commitment to serving others while helping guide Lost and Crowned’s programs and community impact.
